In theory, WeBePVD is a place for Roman Catholics, ankle biters, computer freaks, sex perverts, money lovers, rebellious women, and the Jews from the Synagogue of Satan—you know, typical Rhode Islanders—to engage in the traditional Rhode Island pastimes of spreading malicious gossip, spewing bile, erupting into fits of rage, long-winded ranting, and ignorant babbling. Provided you live in The State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations (or are simply ill-tempered enough that you’d fit in here), you’re welcome to comment or to apply to deface this dark corner of the Internets with your ill-considered views.
